RTCC Panels (Remote Tap Changer Control Panels) for transformers, designed for reliable monitoring and remote control of OLTC (On Load Tap Changer) operations. An RTCC panel provides a centralized control interface that allows operators to change transformer tap positions and regulate output voltage without directly operating the tap changer at the transformer.
RTCC panels are commonly used with power transformers, distribution transformers, industrial transformers and electrical substations where controlled voltage regulation is required. The RTCC Panel for Transformer can be integrated with an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) for automatic voltage control. In automatic mode, the AVR monitors transformer voltage and provides Raise or Lower commands to the OLTC mechanism when the voltage moves outside the selected limits. Manual operation is also available when required for testing, maintenance or controlled tap adjustment.
Depending on the application, the panel can include tap position indicator, voltage monitoring, AVR relay, OLTC control circuitry, selector switches, push buttons, indication lamps, relays, contactors, MCBs and terminal arrangements.

RTCC panels are suitable for transformer voltage regulation, substations, power distribution systems, industrial electrical installations and utility transformer applications.
